We have supported some of the largest security transformation programs globally across multiple sectors and consistently saw the same challenge. Security leaders are expected to manage rapidly expanding stacks of tools while proving value from every investment, yet the scale has made this almost impossible.
The Problem
The average enterprise now operates more than 75 security tools, many with overlapping and constantly evolving capabilities. Understanding what exists at a true capability level is no longer realistic.
As a result, critical functionality is left unused, duplication goes unnoticed, and new investments are made simply because existing capability cannot be identified.
This is not a failure of leadership, it is a problem of scale and visibility.

How ESPROFILER
Came to Exist
The journey from identifying a critical gap in the industry to building the intelligence platform for enterprise security.
The Insight
The founding insight was straightforward: the data needed to manage a security stack well already exists inside most organisations. Procurement systems hold contract and renewal data. Security operations teams hold performance and incident data. Vendor websites publish capability data. The problem is that no one had stitched it together.
The Experience
Louis Holt spent over a decade working across government, counter-terrorism, and Fortune-level enterprise security transformations. The same pattern appeared everywhere — organisations with significant security investments that couldn't answer basic questions about what they had, what it did, or whether it was working.
The Solution
ESPROFILER was built to answer those questions at scale — automatically, continuously, and in a format that a CISO can take into a board conversation with confidence.
The Present
Today, ESPROFILER is deployed in enterprise environments, backed by Google for Startups and validated through the UK National Cyber Security Centre programme. The platform continues to grow with the mission it was founded on: giving security leaders the intelligence they need to lead.
