Chief Customer Officer
John is the Chief Customer Officer at ESPROFILER with more than 30 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. John has spent his career working closely with customers, vendors and service providers to help organisations extract real value from their security investments.
In 2004, John founded Satisnet, a cybersecurity managed services, reseller and consultancy business that he grew over two decades into a trusted and highly respected brand. The company was successfully acquired in 2023, reflecting its strong customer relationships, service quality and commercial performance.
At ESPROFILER, John is responsible for customer strategy, engagement and long-term success. He brings a deep understanding of how security teams operate in the real world and is passionate about helping organisations maximise the impact of their people, processes and technology.
Louis Holt
CEO & Founder
Louis Holt is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of ESPROFILER with 10-plus years of cybersecurity experience. Louis started his career as a Cyber Forensic Investigator with the North West Counter Terrorism Unit and has subsequently worked at a number of different cybersecurity organisations across government and enterprise including roles at BT and Symantec.
Louis founded ESPROFILER in 2020 after seeing first-hand the challenges enterprises faced with extracting value from their cybersecurity investments.
