Joe combines strong product vision with hands-on technical expertise, spanning modern web platforms, data-driven systems, and emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, and immersive experiences. He excels at aligning business goals with user needs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving products from concept through to market with speed and precision.

With a research-led mindset and a background in advanced engineering, Joe is known for blending creativity with rigorous problem-solving. His work has resulted in patented innovations, published research, and products that deliver real-world impact. At ESPROFILER, Joe plays a key role in shaping the product strategy and ensuring the platform continues to push boundaries while remaining intuitive and valuable for its users.

John is the Chief Revenue Officer at ESPROFILER with more than 30 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. John has spent his career working closely with customers, vendors and service providers to help organisations extract real value from their security investments.

In 2004, John founded a cybersecurity managed services, reseller and consultancy business that he grew over two decades into a trusted and highly respected brand. The company was successfully acquired in 2023, reflecting its strong customer relationships, service quality and commercial performance.

At ESPROFILER, John is responsible for customer strategy, engagement and long-term success. He brings a deep understanding of how security teams operate in the real world and is passionate about helping organisations maximise the impact of their people, processes and technology.

Louis Holt is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of ESPROFILER with 10-plus years of cybersecurity experience. Louis started his career as a Cyber Forensic Investigator with the North West Counter Terrorism Unit and has subsequently worked at a number of different cybersecurity organisations across government and enterprise including roles at BT and Symantec.

Louis founded ESPROFILER in 2020 after seeing first-hand the challenges enterprises faced with extracting value from their cybersecurity investments.
